Usage:

• Mix: Combine 1 measure of MTR Sambar Mix with 2 measures of water.

• Boil: Bring the mixture to a boil.

• Simmer: Add your favorite steamed vegetables (like drumsticks, carrots, or shallots) and simmer for a few minutes.

• Finish: Add a pinch of Jaggery. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a dash of ghee for that restaurant-style aroma.
