How to track my order once shipped?
Stay updated with email notifications at every step. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
When will my order arrive?
- Dry Items Only: If your order contains only pantry staples (spices, rice, etc.), it will be dispatched on the same or next working day and delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Fresh or Mixed Orders: If your order includes fresh mangoes or vegetables, we will ship your entire order together once the fresh harvest arrives. Please check the "Scheduled Dispatch" date on the page for the specific shipping window.
Can I get my dry items faster if I also ordered fresh produce?
To ensure you receive the lowest shipping rates and the freshest produce, we ship everything in one single box once the harvest arrives. If you need your spices, rice, or lentils immediately, please place a separate order for those items
Do I need to be home for my order delivery?
We highly recommend that you (or someone you trust) are home to receive the package.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not home, the courier may attempt to leave your package at a local pickup point. Please note that Dharani Stores cannot be held responsible for the freshness of perishable goods if a delivery attempt was missed and the package was redirected to a storage facility. To avoid this, please track your order via the link sent to your email/SMS and contact the courier directly if you need to reschedule.
Can I request a specific item that isn't listed in the catalog?
If you cannot find the specific item you are looking for, please contact us. We would be happy to explore available options for you.
Which mango varieties do you offer?
We specialise in premium Indian varieties, including Alphonso, Kesar, Badami and Banginapalli.
What if my mangoes arrive slightly green?
This is intentional! We ship them at a stage where they can safely travel. Simply keep them at room temperature in a dark spot for 1-2 days until they yield to gentle pressure and release their signature aroma
What should I do if my produce is damaged?
Perishable items like mangoes and vegetables move fast. If something isn't right, please take a photo and contact us at info@dharanistores.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve it via refund, credit or replacement upon availability
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are only possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.
